General Provisions

1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between zaya 9 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any registered user ("you", "user"). By accessing or using the zaya 9 website, mobile application, and all related services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

1.2 Scope of Services

1.3 Language and Interpretation

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 One Account Rule

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information or withholding information will be considered a violation of these terms. If any information changes after registration, you must notify the support team immediately.

2.4 Verification Process

zaya 9 may at any stage request a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification. Until this verification is completed, zaya 9 reserves the right to limit deposit, withdrawal, or gaming access.

Account Security

3.1 Password and Login

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing your login details with anyone else or allowing others to use your account is prohibited. Use a strong password and change it regularly.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the zaya 9 support team immediately. You will be held responsible for any transactions made by others using your account, unless you reported the issue in a timely manner.

3.3 Session Management

Always log out when you finish, especially when using a shared device. Inactive sessions may be closed automatically, but this does not guarantee security.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on zaya 9 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.

New users on zaya 9 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning ৳40,000 must be wagered for a ৳2,000 bonus.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed. Bonuses are only usable on designated games, and on some games bonus bets may not count toward the wagering requirement. Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program and Cashback

zaya 9's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated on weekly net losses. For example, a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback. Advancement to higher VIP tiers depends on active participation on the platform.

5.4 Promotion Changes

zaya 9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Any ongoing offer will automatically expire once its validity period ends.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Outcomes

The outcomes of all games on zaya 9 are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely random and not predetermined. It is not possible to influence game outcomes through any strategy or method.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed during gameplay. Betting limits may differ when using bonus funds.

6.3 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical error or disconnection during gameplay, zaya 9 will determine the outcome based on server logs. zaya 9 is not responsible for any losses caused by the user's internet connection or device issues.

6.4 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or left undecided after odds have been set, zaya 9 will settle bets according to its own rules. Stakes may be refunded where applicable.

Prohibited Activities

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to play games
• Exploiting game errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players
• Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds

7.2 Third-Party Use

Operating an account on behalf of another person or using their funds is prohibited. If suspicious third-party funding is detected, the account will be held pending investigation.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 zaya 9's Rights

In the event of a breach of these terms or suspicious activity, zaya 9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. zaya 9 is not obligated to pay any compensation for such actions.

8.2 Self-Closure

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may contact the support team. Under the Responsible Gaming Policy, a player who feels they are losing control over their gaming activity has the option to voluntarily limit or close their account.

8.3 Balance Return

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, it will be returned after verification is completed. However, bonus balances may be forfeited in the case of accounts closed due to a breach of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Guarantee

zaya 9 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. zaya 9 will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from such interruptions.

9.2 Third-Party Software

9.3 Gaming Losses
